KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Perform Technical jobs within Locality 
Perform administration duties within the Technical function
Identify and mitigate Technical risks within the Locality
Coordinate work performed by on-site contractors within the Locality
Maintain client and stakeholder relations within Technical function
