The AI Analyst role is pivotal in leading the advancement and integration of innovative AI solutions within the company's local and international operational environments. This position is focused on harnessing state-of-the-art technologies including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Text-to-Speech (TTS), Speech-to-Text (STT), Voicebots and Chatbots, to streamline operational workflows, elevate customer engagements, and drive efficiencies across the organization. Working closely with diverse stakeholders, the AI Analyst identifies untapped AI potentials, delivering high-impact solutions while strategically executing the company's AI roadmap.
