Art Director - Remote

Who we are: Over a decade long business that specialises within the natural health and wellness industry.What we do: We provide and source only the purest essential oils to unlock the true meaning of aromatherapy.What we are looking for: A hands-on art director who has experience managing a team.What you will do:Lead the visual identity and creative direction across branding, marketing  - and more -  ensuring designs reflect the company's vision. Oversee and inspire the design team, manage project timelines, maintain quality standard and collaborate cross-departmentally to support company goals.What you must have:5+ years in a senior design or creative leadership roleBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Proven experience in branding, visual strategy and project managementStrong ability to mentor, motivate and manage a teamExperience in fostering collaboration and resolving team challengesProficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
