Art Director - Mid-Level

Who we are: We are a leading integrated communications group in Africa.What we do: Create brand platforms that defy convention and compete with culture.What we are looking for: A Mid-level Art Director to deliver the world's most advanced luxury automotive creative campaigns.What you will do:Conceptualise, develop and produce integrated marketing materials from TTL to digital assetsUnderstanding of how to develop an integrated and multi-channel campaign within the automotive industryStay informed of trends and competitor brands thus ensuring creative campaigns stay on the front line of exceptional campaignEnsure that digital designs align with and reinforce the overall brand identity and guidelinesCollaborate with Client Services and Planning in the development of client strategies, analysing results and identifying opportunitiesMaintain creative brand guidelinesWhat you must have:A relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Art, or equivalentA minimum of five  years' experience in Art Direction within an advertising agencyAutomotive or global client experienceProven ability to ideate for film, print, digital, out-of-home, experiential and socialAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment with multiple different stakeholders and regulatory requirementsData-driven and obsessed with the measurable impact of a campaignExcellent presentation skills and ability to gracefully defend creative work to stakeholdersHave a professional, proactive and positive attitude that sets an example for othersAbility to take direction and a willingness to learn new thingsCollaborative attitude with the ability to work independently and lead as requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills
