Job Title: Art DirectorWe are seeking a highly skilled Art Director to join our team at Ad Talent Africa. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision and direction of our campaigns, ensuring that our brand identity is consistently represented across all marketing materials.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute creative concepts for integrated marketing campaignsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messagingStay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysisEnsure all digital designs align with brand guidelinesLead the development of client strategies and analyze resultsRequirements:Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Art, or equivalentMinimum of five years' experience in Art Direction within an advertising agencyAutomotive or global client experienceProven ability to ideate for film, print, digital, out-of-home, experiential, and socialData-driven and obsessed with measurable campaign impactExcellent presentation skills and ability to defend creative workProfessional, proactive, and positive attitudeAbility to take direction and willingness to learnCollaborative attitude with ability to work independently and lead as requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills
