Key Responsibilities:
Ensure store layouts align with Coricraft's visual merchandising strategy, optimizing floor space and product assortment.
Monitor and adjust product placement to enhance store flow, maximize customer engagement, and drive sales.
Update floorplans for campaigns and seasonally. Coordinate store moves to maintain a fresh, inviting shopping environment.
Support trading density through strategic product placements that maximize revenue opportunities.
Use visual merchandising techniques to position displays as "silent salespeople" that reinforce brand identity.
Provide constructive feedback to store managers, supporting continuous improvement in visual merchandising.
Ensure that campaigns, promotions, and special offers are consistently represented in stores with timely, relevant displays.
Liaise regularly with marketing, planning, and buying teams to ensure synchronized efforts and timely support.
Manage showroom displays and stock, keeping them current with seasonal updates to represent the brand effectively.
Communicate visual merchandising plans clearly across teams, maintaining consistency in brand presentation.
Cultivate a collaborative team environment by providing guidance and supporting professional development aligned with company standards.
Qualification and Experience:
Qualifications (Matric required; a Diploma in Visual Merchandising or Decorating is advantageous)
At least 2-3 years in Visual Merchandising (background in décor and furniture merchandising advantageous)
Retail experience is beneficial
