Overview; An established and growing fast-food company, is looking for a highly-motivated and self-structured individual to join their team as an Area Coach/Supervisor. A key aspect for success in this role is being passionate for developing and engaging with managers and staff.
Minimum requirements: Grade 12 / Matric5+ years experience in a similar role / industryBusiness-related tertiary qualificationOwn vehicle, with a valid driver's licenseProven track record in managing staff wellAble to travel extensivelyResponsibilities: Ensuring that the area adheres to the brand standards as well as the standard Operating Procedures inherent to the restaurant business modelGrow the area and company from a people, market share and profit perspective.Increase sales through both organic growth and new site developmentIncrease transaction and ticket countIdentify and interpret problem areas in the business and put plans to rectify theseBe able to respond to crisis situations and react to this by solving any related problemsEnsure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and any other related legislationIdentify and interpret problems within an area and ut plans in place to rectify themAssist restaurant managers in determining their needs, and plan implementation strategies for achieving their goals and developmentScan the area to identify emerging trends that will affect the organisationSkills / Competencies: AnalyticalConfident and assertiveGood communicator (verbal and written)Team playerProactiveOrganisedPeople positive#J-18808-Ljbffr
