For more information, visit www.pepsico.com.ResponsibilitiesWhat we're looking for:Achieve top line volume plan.Execute all marketing plans within the time frame.Conduct store reviews with top 30 customers Bi-monthly.Motivate & lead the area team to achieve the highest standard of excellence.Monitor Sales & KPI activities & ensure all monthly sales targets are achieved.Coach, train & develop Business Development Reps using company training & development programmes.Performance manage subordinates in accordance with company standard & policies & in conjunction with HR Manager & RSOM recruit as necessary to maintain a full staff compliment.Co-ordinate customer account plans to ensure areas deliver towards the regional plan in the Traditional trade.Review & present revenue, volume, expenditure & profitability actual/forecast Vs plan to RSOM on a monthly basis.Liaise with external merchandising services to achieve the golden standard merchandising practices.Identify business opportunities & implement agreed plans to overcome shortfalls and ensure continuous business growth.QualificationsWhat will qualify you for the role:Minimum 5 years experience in an FMCG sales environmentStrong people management skills (minimum 3 years)Ability to work in a pressurised environmentStrong administration skillsTertiary qualification in the business related fieldFinancial acumenComputer literacyCode 8 License"PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer in line with the Employment Equity Act"
