Area Sales Manager - Tembisa

Job Purpose: Implement sales strategy and drive customer service excellence by leading a team of field sales consultants.
Minimum Requirements:
· Grade 12
· Relevant National Diploma or equivalent advantageous.
· 3 years' experience in managing a sales team.
· Own a car with a valid driver's license
· Only applicants residing in Tembisa or Dedela will be considered.
Experience Required: At least 3 years' experience dealing with the following:
· Implement business sales strategy.
· Manage and lead a team of field sales consultants in a specified area reflecting the company vision and values in your leadership practices.
· Manage and achieve set targets for the area to meet operational and financial objectives.
· Identify new markets and secure field activations sites.
· Implement and maintain all required compliance and operational standards.
· Drive customer service excellence by providing adequate training & support to staff
· Identify talent and train team members for future growth and improve staff morale.
Technical and Behavioural competencies required:
· Ability to multi-task and analytical skills
· Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Professional and excellent communication skills
· Ability to work long hours.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: R10000,00 - R12000,00 per month
