Experience and Competencies required Must have Grade 12 with a Sales and Marketing Diploma or Marketing Degree Minimum of 3 years recent Sales experience in selling Forklifts/Material Handling Equipment Valid Drivers Licence and must be available to travel Excellent communication and people skills Advanced MS Office skills. Computer literacy on Auto Line an advantage Duties Providing quality leadership for the internal and external customers Constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements and inspiring others Establishing an environment and foundation for future sales growth Selling value and solutions to the customers Lead the top-to-top meeting with key customers to ensure strong relationship and remove business obstacles, aligning with long term company direction Achieving monthly and annual set budgets Show initiative in analysing and improving business processes Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market Developing sales strategies and setting targets Compiling and analysing sales figures Keeping up to date with products and competitors Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
