Area Online Education Manager - Byu-Pathway Worldwide

Job Description:Oversee and manage the operation of BYU-Pathway Worldwide in the Africa South Area. The BYU-Pathway Area Online Education Manager is a highly trusted member of the leadership team in their assigned Church area. This role involves building strong relationships with area presidencies and key partners (Welfare & Self-Reliance Services, Seminary & Institute leadership, and others). Through these connections, the Area Online Education Manager facilitates the enrollment of individuals in BYU-Pathway, guiding them toward spiritual and temporal self-reliance.
Leading the efforts of senior service missionaries is a key aspect of the position. Service missionaries play a key role in program operations, supervision of weekly gatherings, and finding and supporting students. To achieve these objectives, the Area Online Education Manager must develop and execute strategic plans aligned with both organizational and area priorities. Regular travel to assigned areas is essential for leading and supporting strategic initiatives.
