Area Manager/ Sales Consultant

Labour Management: Ensure accurate attendance records, labour allocation, and adherence to fixed asset policies. Store Orders: Authorize and submit store orders promptly. Discipline and Grievances: Maintain discipline using the companys code and procedures. Communication: Keep staff informed of policy changes and prepare contingency plans. Payroll management: Ensure that staff are paid according to the contract Client Meetings: Attend meetings with clients and ensure prompt action on any issues. Promotion of Non-Recurring Business: Promote the companys full range of non-recurring business offerings. Monthly Meetings: Attend monthly meetings with Regional Managers Overseeing cleaning, hygiene, and pest control services, and also growing the business through sales activities. Requirements Experience: Experience in a management role within the industrial and commercial industry or a similar service industry. Education: Minimum: A matric certificate is required Sales Exposure: must have a track record of sales Industrial Relations: Familiarity with industrial relations on a shop floor level. Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Drivers License: Valid drivers license. Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours as required
