Job Description Red Ember recruitment is recruiting for Area Managaer/ Sales Consultant in the Durban Region.
As an Area Manager / Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in managing operations, sales, and client relationships within the KZN region.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing cleaning, hygiene, and pest control services, and also growing the business through sales activities.
Labour Management: Ensure accurate attendance records, labour allocation, and adherence to fixed asset policies.
Store Orders: Authorize and submit store orders promptly.
Discipline and Grievances: Maintain discipline using the company's code and procedures.
Communication: Keep staff informed of policy changes and prepare contingency plans.
Payroll management: Ensure that staff are paid according to the contract Client Meetings: Attend meetings with clients and ensure prompt action on any issues.
Promotion of Non-Recurring Business: Promote the company's full range of non-recurring business offerings.
Monthly Meetings: Attend monthly meetings with Regional Managers Requirements Experience: Experience in a management role within the industrial and commercial industry or a similar service industry.
Education: Minimum: A matric certificate is required Sales Exposure: must have a track record of sales Industrial Relations: Familiarity with industrial relations on a shop floor level.
Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Driver's License: Valid driver's license.
Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours as required Requirements Experience: Experience in a management role within the industrial and commercial industry or a similar service industry.
