Area Manager - Retail

Responsibilities:Evaluate and promote better services to customers at all timesControl and monitor store fixturesMonitor stores monthly sales and growth Implement strategic initiatives as required by the Retail ManagerEnsure that all planned products are ordered and displayed in all Cape Town storesResponsible for ordering and execution of all seasonal and everyday stockEvaluate and analyse allocated stores monthly sales and growth in accordance with monthly targetsAddress complaints and resolve problems within all stores as requiredAdvise Retail Manager of concerns relating to the operational issues and general correspondenceAssist in the annual stock take in all stores when requiredEnsure that general correspondence is adhered toManage health and safety and maintenance of all Cape Town storesRequirements:Relevant tertiary qualification5 years solid retail experience in FMCGValid driver's licenceMust have management experienceExcellent computer skillsProfessional and presentableWell-spoken with negotiating skillsCompetitive salary + co carÂ
