You will manage a team of loan officers, ensure efficient and profitable loan distribution, and execute our mission to transform lives through access to finance. This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals and communities while driving the growth of our microlending portfolio.Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve microlending targets in the designated area.Construct and manage an efficient loan officer team, ensuring compliance with lending policies and best practices.Drive loan portfolio growth through effective marketing and business development strategies.Monitor loan collections and implement strategies to minimize defaults.Foster relationships with local communities, partners, and stakeholders to enhance our presence and promote financial inclusion.Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, assess market demand, and identify potential opportunities for expansion.Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to the loan officer team.Collaborate with the leadership team to streamline operational processes, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Prepare area-level reports, including loan disbursement, recovery, and portfolio performance, for review by the senior management.Desired Experience & Qualification- MatricProven track record in managing a microlending/microloans portfolio or related field.Strong knowledge of microfinance principles, practices, regulations, and standards in the assigned area.Experience in team management, including coaching, performance evaluation, and capacity building.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Sound proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office Suite.Package & RemunerationR400 000 CTC to R600 000 CTC per annum based on experience and qualifications.
