Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across multiple stores, ensuring alignment with company policies, processes, and standards. Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing strategies to maximize sales and profitability in each location. Manage and mentor store managers and their teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to meet store goals. Monitor and analyse store performance, including sales figures, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction metrics. Ensure optimal stock levels, efficient stock movement, and correct merchandising displays across stores. Uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction across all locations. Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and provide regular performance reports to upper management. Ensure that all stores comply with health, safety, and security regulations.
