Area Manager - Cape Town

Responsibilities:
Evaluate and promote better services to customers at all times
Control and monitor store fixtures
Monitor stores monthly sales and growth
Implement strategic initiatives as required by the Retail Manager
Ensure that all planned products are ordered and displayed in all Cape Town stores
Responsible for ordering and execution of all seasonal and everyday stock
Evaluate and analyse allocated stores monthly sales and growth in accordance with monthly targets
Address complaints and resolve problems within all stores as required
Advise Retail Manager of concerns relating to the operational issues and general correspondence
Assist in the annual stock take in all stores when required
Ensure that general correspondence is adhered to
Manage health and safety and maintenance of all Cape Town stores
Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification
5 years solid retail experience in FMCG
Valid driver's licence
Must have management experience
Excellent computer skills
Professional and presentable
Well-spoken with negotiating skillsCompetitive salary + co car
