Area Manager - Am ( Mthatha )

Job Title: Area ManagerLocation: Mthatha, Eastern CapeSalary: R15,000 PM
We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple stores in the Mthatha region. The ideal candidate must come from a clothing retail background and have strong leadership and operational skills. This role will require frequent travel between stores, ensuring that each location runs efficiently and meets sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across multiple stores within the assigned area.
Ensure all stores meet their sales goals and operational standards.
Provide leadership and support to store managers and staff to drive performance.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment across all locations.
Implement company policies and ensure compliance across all stores.
Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement in store performance.
Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising in line with company guidelines.
Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, staff performance, and customer service.
Address any operational challenges and provide solutions to improve efficiency.

Requirements (Not Negotiable):

Must have own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
Must be willing to travel frequently between stores.
At least 5+ years of experience as an Area Manager in clothing retail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R13,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
