This year alone, they have provided over 5,709 hours of training to their employees.Due to continued success within a major blue-chip contract, they are now recruiting for an Area Maintenance Technician covering sites throughout Shrewsbury/Telford/Welshpool.The successful candidate will be required to carry out a multi-site role offering building fabric maintenance services across a range of disciplines aimed at keeping services and costs in-house. The work includes a mix of PPM and reactive building fabric works internally and externally, including Building, Fabric, Painting & Decorating, Plumbing & Drainage, Joinery, and Planned Maintenance.You must have experience of working within a similar position in a retail or commercial environment and hold the following qualification:Full UK Driving LicenceIn return, our client is offering a total package of £26,648.42 per annum, including on-call every 1 in 4 weeks, travel time, company van, tools and uniform, health care, pension scheme, and 33 days annual leave (including 8 bank holidays).For more information, please contact Mark on 07908 947 467 or apply with your current CV to prompt a call back.
