Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and coach RGMs and management teams on operations and leadership.Build a strong HWWT culture across stores, ensure quality training, and manage recruitment with HR.Oversee performance appraisals, development plans, and succession planning.Address employee relations and proactively manage performance improvement processes.Ensure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and security regulations.Facilitate regular area meetings and manage holidays and absences.Coach RGMs to create a customer-focused environment.Conduct unannounced customer visits and ensure adherence to hospitality standards.Review GES results, analyze feedback, and develop action plans.Manage customer complaints and improve service quality (e.g., accuracy, speed, cleanliness).Work with RGMs on effective scheduling and process improvements for customer satisfaction.Drive sales growth through high operational standards and excellent customer service.Set bold sales targets, execute marketing promotions, and create a strong sales culture.Understand local competition and work with RGMs on local marketing efforts.Manage area incentives and regularly recognize strong performance.Maximize area profitability by controlling costs (e.g., labor, food) and aligning with AOP targets.Develop strategies to optimize sales and profitability across the area.Coach RGMs on forecasting and sales planning.Prepare for Balance Score Card and P&L reviews, and use company reports to drive business performance.Follow up on financial audits and ensure accurate execution of action plans.Requirements: Degree Level of educationFull Driving licenseBusiness AcumenCoaching SkillsExcellent Planning and Time management
