Architectural Technologist (B.Tech).To assist the Professional Architect with technical documentation, submission of plans, measuring, drafting of existing plans. Liaising with Consultants. Taking conceptual 3D drawings and creating technical drawings for construction and submissions. Creating specifications and schedules. Assist Architect and Project Manager with information and quotations from Suppliers and Consultants.3/5 years practical experience in Architectural field.Intermediate to advanced Revit experience.Other skills: shetchup, Lumion, Photoshop.Beginner knowledge and experience in corel draw.Able to work independently.Able to travel when required.Good technical and drawing skills and sound construction knowledge morstly Commercial / Office & Retail.Drivers license / Own transport required.Mature and honest and good administration skills.
