Co-ordinates procedures associated with the analysis of business needs and end user requirements through the development, design and maintenance of small to major applications business system and/ or program or enhancements using Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) packages, reporting on the phases of the system development life cycle, aligning or modifying system application outcomes and, executing system local area network maintenance procedures to ensure new or modified systems are capable of achieving and accomplishing critical business objectives
