Architectural Estimator, Civil Engineer

Main Job Responsibilities: Calculating interior and exterior materials (tile, paint, flooring, roofing, doors, etc.) for various architectural/construction projects Creating summaries, RFIs, updating projects when needed, etc. Directly communicating with client/their representatives, following up on project status, changes and updates. Ensure estimates are completed within deadlines and meet the accuracy standards. Requirements: Education & experience in construction or architecture Paint estimation experince Knowledge of AutoCAD Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets Proficiency in English Ability to read technical drawings Ability to work Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM EST The following will be an advantage: Knowledge of professional programs (Bluebeam Revu / Planswift) Experience in estimating
