Job Title: Architect (SACAP Registered)

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Architect with a background in consulting and expertise in building infrastructure technology-based condition assessments. The ideal candidate must be registered with SACAP and have significant experience in the consulting sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and lead technology-based condition assessments for building infrastructure projects.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to analyze and document existing building conditions.
Develop design solutions based on assessment data and client needs.
Prepare detailed reports, drawings, and project documentation.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements:
SACAP registration (essential).
Extensive experience in building infrastructure condition assessments.
Strong design, communication, and project management skills.
Consulting experience is essential.
