Position: Architect Program Manager Industry: Construction Location: Cape Town, Plattekloof Salary: Market Related TASK DESCRIPTIONPROGRAMME MANAGEMENT FOR THE TUSK/WCGDoI MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME:Managing the projects allocated, including but not limited to the following:Ensuring adherence with cashflow and programme.Drafting cashflow and programme.Meeting deadlines.Keeping the server up to date at all times.Ensuring that all documentation is filed correctly.Managing procurement.Managing consultants appointments and performance.Managing contractors appointments and performance.Complying with all processes and protocols.Management of Contracts, including JBCC and NEC.Checking invoices and their correctness.Professional reviews on Stage Architectural Reports.Being a member of the Bid Evaluation Committee.Reviews of invoices.Review of appointments, additional fees, and any other related matters.Making sure Auditor General audits are successfully completed. KEY DECISIONS THIS POSITION MAKES:Escalate problems on projects timeously.Ensuring the integrity of data collected, collated, and submitted.Operational Decisions related to work responsibilities.Ensuring adherence with programme and budget. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:Degree in Architecture and PrArch professional registration with SACAP. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Experience in the Construction Industry.Experience in contracts (JBCC and NEC) administration and financial administration.3 year Post-Registration experience a must.Experience in Project/Programme Management is a bonus.
