This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to building the VKB Group's future.Qualifications:M.Arch (Masters in Architecture)Minimum 5 years of post-graduation experienceSACAP registrationAdvanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, or similar softwareStrong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methodsExperience in retail and warehousing projects with a portfolio showcasing previous workSkills:Strong project management and organizational skillsCreative, innovative thinking with strong analytical abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in 3D visualization and project management toolsDuties:Develop and present concept and full architectural designsCoordinate and manage council submission documentationOversee construction projects, including site meetings and inspectionsImprove and maintain the Group Corporate Building IdentityStay updated on industry trends, focusing on sustainability and carbon footprint reductionJoin our humble, hungry, and bold property team and help us build the future!
