Job Title: ArchitectLocation: Cape-TownRole Overview:We are seeking a Professional Architect to take charge of leading and managing projects.
This role involves supervising a team and overseeing architectural reports and invoice evaluations, rather than focusing on design tasks.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the architectural aspects of multiple projects.Examine architectural documents, reports, and invoices.Manage a team to achieve project objectives.Attend monthly site meetings to ensure project progress is on schedule.Requirements:Professional accreditation with SACAP.Minimum 3 years of post-registration experience.Expertise in JBCC contracts and the 7 stages of construction.Excellent organizational and communication abilities.Ability to assume a leadership role with minimal supervision.
