Leading financial services company seeks an Architect - Identity Governance & Role Based Access to manage and oversee the people, processes and technologies delivering the client's Identity Governance and Role-Based Access Platforms & Services.
Description
Implementing and operating Identity and Role-Based Access Platforms & Services aligned with the business's reliability and capacity requirementsCollaborate with security architecture, as applies to IAM and role-based access platforms and services.Design and implement procedures and best practices in Identity Governance and Administration. Accountable for access attestation/recertification platforms & integration.Research and recommend policies and procedures to protect information assets from unauthorised or accidental modification, destruction or disclosure. Stay current with the latest industry trends, technology, emerging threats, and best practices in IGA, RBAC and security.Responsible for appointing, developing, and retaining IGA and Role-based Access talent.Ensure appropriate standards, patterns, best practices, and operational maturity models are in place and monitored.Oversee the IGA/RBAC Product Development Lifecycle. Responsible for implementing and maturing Agile and DevOps tooling and practices for the RBAC/IGA environment
Profile
MatricA relevant tertiary qualificationAWS Certified Solutions Architect (preferred) or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert.Experience working in a hybrid and multi-cloud environment (AWS preferred) and cloud technologies (AWS and Azure technologies preferred).Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology roles.A minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture and system design.Proven experience delivering and managing IGA, access management and authorisation solutions (RBAC, PBAC, ABAC, and IDP), identity governance, and/or identity and access management technologies.Experience working in an agile environment Experience in cloud security concepts.Understanding cloud technologies and best practices Networking in public and hybrid cloud environments, network protocols, network architecture, and security.Experience with operating and engineering solutions in a cloud-focused organisation.Understanding of virtualisation technologies, such as VMWare, Docker, and Kubernetes.Understanding of security architecture.Knowledge of JSON templates, PowerShell, CLIs, Shell, and Python.Proven programming and automation experience.
