Your key job responsibilities as the Arabic speaking Customer Service Representative in Johannesburg, South Africa will include:
Processing all customer orders.Handling order processing within the ERP system including verifying order details, entering orders, cross-referencing, and acknowledging orders.Addressing customer requests for order modifications, delivery updates, document inquiries, etc.Managing the central orders email address; responding to emails, forwarding messages to the appropriate departments, and ensuring proper follow-up.Handling customer complaints, including organizing replacements and returns.Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.Issuing invoices and credit memos to customers.Uploading invoices/credit memos to customer portals.Preparing daily OTIF (On Time In Full) reports.Monitoring and tracking order recommits.Updating and maintaining the order acknowledgment tracker.Preparing and distributing daily new order summary sheets.Maintaining and updating customer preferences, print messages, and order acknowledgment email addresses.Managing delivery notes.Ensuring all signed delivery notes are received from the transporter promptly and are saved on the server.Filing physical/paper delivery notes by month and storing them in the archive room as a backup.Answering incoming calls.Requirements for this Arabic speaking Customer Service Representative job in Johannesburg, South Africa:
