Key Responsibilities: Book meetings with C-level executives for the CEO of our recruitment company. Develop and manage targeted email campaigns to attract new leads. Qualify prospects and generate new business opportunities. Maintain regular communication with potential clients to nurture relationships. Bring innovative ideas to increase lead generation and client engagement. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in appointment setting and marketing, ideally in recruitment or professional services. Proficiency in running email marketing campaigns (tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar). Proven ability to secure meetings with C-level decision-makers.
