We are a lead generation company seeking an Appointment Setter.
Your primary responsibilities will include strategic outbound calling, prospecting, qualifying leads, collaborating with sales reps, and achieving monthly quotas.
This role requires fluency in English and working US Hours.
Additionally, you should have done appointment setting before.
Role and Responsibilities: Facilitate initial calls with prospects Educate and qualify leads to generate sales-ready opportunities.
Collaborate with sales reps to schedule calls, meetings, and demos.
Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments/demos and closed deals.
Manage CRM system effectively.
Qualifications and Skills: - 1-3 years of sales experience in B2B, SaaS, Real Estate, or similar fields.
- Cold-calling or appointment setting experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Own a PC/laptop (at least Intel Core i3) and have a stable internet connection (50mbps minimum) - Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work US hours.
Tech Requirements: - Laptop/desktop with at least 4GB RAM and i3 processor.
- Stable internet connection of at least 50mbps.
- Private and quiet work environment.
- USB headset with noise cancellation feature.
