You'll play a key role in connecting with potential clients, scheduling appointments, and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce recruitment services.Schedule high-quality appointments for the recruitment team.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.Manage follow-ups to secure meetings and keep pipelines active.Log and update all call outcomes in the CRM system for accurate tracking.Requirements: Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting within the recruitment industry (essential).Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure.Proficiency in CRM tools and online communication platforms.Access to a reliable internet connection and your own equipment.Availability to work UK business hours and hit the ground running!What We Offer: Competitive monthly salary of R22,000.A supportive, goal-oriented team and opportunities for growth.
