This role is open in South Africa Position: Appointment Setter (Remote) Hours : 12am - 8am SAST (Monday-Friday) Pay Rate: R16,000 - R21,000 per month (Negotiable based on Experience) Role Overview: We're looking for a driven and experienced Appointment Setter to support a dynamic digital marketing agency.
In this role, you'll be pivotal in generating qualified leads, building a strong pipeline, and setting appointments with key decision-makers in small to medium sized businesses.
You'll collaborate with the sales team to optimise conversion rates, driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the agency.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Conduct strategic outbound calling campaigns to identify and engage potential clients.
Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality appointments with decision-makers, effectively presenting the agency's services and value propositions.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement to move leads through the sales funnel.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that optimise conversion rates and achieve revenue targets.
CRM Management: Accurately record all interactions and updates in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data integrity and facilitating effective communication.
Market Feedback: Gather and relay market intelligence and client feedback to inform and improve service offerings and marketing strategies.
