Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Conduct strategic outbound calling campaigns to identify and engage potential clients.
Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality appointments with decision-makers, effectively presenting the agency's services and value propositions.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement to move leads through the sales funnel.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that optimise conversion rates and achieve revenue targets.
CRM Management: Accurately record all interactions and updates in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data integrity and facilitating effective communication.
Market Feedback: Gather and relay market intelligence and client feedback to inform and improve service offerings and marketing strategies.
