Our client, a rapidly growing UK-based company in the property and education and mentorship programs for property professionals.
They are looking for a Remote Appointment Setter & Social Media Manager to join their team.
Your Role: Social Media Management: Manage the company's social media pages, engage with inbound messages, and interact with the community to build relationships and awareness.
Client Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and ensure all communications are clear and helpful.
Appointment Setting: Qualify leads, book high-quality appointments, and manage the scheduling process to align with the sales and mentorship teams.
Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with followers, engage with the community, and respond to inquiries quickly and effectively.
Self-Management: Work independently, manage your time effectively, and ensure tasks are completed with high attention to detail.
Flexibility: Be available to work later hours to accommodate meetings and business needs, as the company is in a growth phase and systems are still being implemented.
Your Skills & Attributes: Customer Service Excellence: Strong communication skills and the ability to speak directly with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Self-Management: Ability to manage your own schedule, prioritize tasks, and work without constant supervision.
Good Response Time: Quick to react to inbound queries and efficient in booking appointments.
Consulting/Service Industry Experience: Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in consulting or service industries, is a strong advantage.
Adaptability: Willingness to be flexible and work later hours to align with business needs and meetings.
Social Media Management: Experience managing social media platforms and engaging with online communities.

R15,000 R28,000 ) with the opportunity to earn up to £3,000 (approx.
R70,000 ) per month through performance-based incentives.
