Appointment Setter & Admin Assistant – Pretoria-East

We are looking for an Appointment Setter& Admin Assistant who thrives on connecting with people. As an Appointment Setter and Admin Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. You will need to be adaptable, using emotional intelligence to navigate different types of conversations and showing empathy to build meaningful connections with potential clients. SUMMARY OF THE ROLE: Setting up appointments on daily basis and following up ensuring bookings happen. Assist with administrative duties in the office. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: Matric. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 Years Telecall centre experience. Administration experience. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Strong organisational skills. Knowledge of MS Office. Communication skills. Integrity and honesty. Fluent in Afrikaans and English. Exceptional Communication Skills. Accountability: Self-reflective, taking responsibility for your performance. Team Player: You love working in a team, following instructions, and contributing to shared goals. Self-Managed & Organized: Managing multiple conversations and staying organized with your follow-ups.
