We are seeking a skilled Applications Support Specialist to join our Technology Team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our business applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our people have the resources they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional technical support to users by diagnosing and resolving application-related issues.Monitor application performance and implement updates or patches to ensure optimal functionality.Develop user documentation and training materials to enhance user understanding and application effectiveness.Collaborate with technology and development teams to gather user requirements and suggest improvements.Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and upgrades.Identify trends in support requests and recommend process improvements.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.2+ years of experience in application support or a similar role.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Familiarity with ITIL based ticketing and change management processes.A working knowledge of Azure based integration platforms is preferred as is experience with any of the following applications: Maximo, EcoPortal, RTP, Aspenware, Lightspeed, Fareharbor, Salesforce, Coupa and Navision.What's in it for you?
