Key Responsibilities:
Support for BI applications.
Track and manage service requests.
Continuously monitor BI systems and applications.
Work closely with BI developers, data analysts, and other IT teams to identify and resolve application issues and improve system functionality.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement within BI applications.
Qualifications and Experience:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support, preferably within a BI or data analytics environment.
Proficiency in SQL and database management.
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong understanding of BI tools, SQL, and database management.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve complex problems.
Microsoft Analysis Server experience.
