Application Support Manager

The Application Support Manager will be responsible for establishing, leading, and managing a 24/7 Application Support team that supports the end users of the suite of applications developed and used by our company to manage the on-demand delivery process. This role requires a proactive leader with strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage and mentor a team in a fast-paced environment. The role works in close collaboration with project teams and functional units to deliver application support and ensure IT operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have experience in application support, incident management, and continuous improvement processes.
