Calling all passionate tech leaders!A leading South African financial services company is seeking a highly skilled Application Development Manager to spearhead the development of a national CRM platform used by financial advisors.In this senior role, you'll:Design and develop cutting-edge features for the CRM platform, client portals, and mobile apps (iOS & Android).Champion the transformation of the platform's architecture to a modern C# microservices approach.Craft secure, efficient, and well-documented code with a focus on performance optimization.Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, BAs, testers, and business partners.Employ Agile/Scrum methodologies and advocate for continuous process improvement.Leverage DevOps principles to streamline development and deployment.To thrive in this role, you'll possess:8+ years of experience in a senior developer or similar role.Proven expertise in C# development and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.Experience with CRM and client portal solutions in the financial services industry.A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills (written & verbal)The ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.Bonus points for:Knowledge of PHP development.Familiarity with wealth management and financial advisor needs.Experience managing small to medium-sized development teams.The company is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
