Api Developer (Php & C#)

Our client is seeking a skilled API Developer with experience in PHP and C# to design, to join their team in Pretoria.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both PHP and C#, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using PHP and C#.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.Optimize and refactor code to improve performance and scalability.Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues and bugs.Ensure API security and compliance with industry standards.Document API design, development processes, and technical specifications.Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.Required Qualifications: Proven experience as an API Developer with strong proficiency in both PHP and C#.Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel/Lumen, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.Experience with .NET frameworks and C# development.Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, and PostgreSQL.Knowledge of source control systems, such as Git.Familiarity with API testing tools and methodologies.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GraphQL is a plus.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure.Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML/CSS) is a plus.Experience with API management tools and practices.Experience in the role: 3+ years Remote policy: HybridMust-have skills: RESTful API Design (3 years exp.
