This position would ideally suit an (EE) female.Duties & ResponsibilitiesReporting to the AP & AR Specialist.Requirements:B.Com or related degree essential3 years AP experience within the Mining / Manufacturing industryExperience with the JDE systemAdvanced Excel skillsSystems savvyProficiency in handling high value transactions (with minimum book values of R300m) and managing a large number of accounts (more than 250 accounts per month).Able to handle over 500 invoices per monthJob Responsibilities:Reconcile Trade Creditors statements to JDE sub-ledgerReconcile Municipal and Coal accountsNavigate and troubleshoot automated processes (Readsoft and Perceptive)Liaise with Procurement and Operations DepartmentsUnderstanding of a 3-way match processPrepare payments as approvedAdherence to policies and proceduresMaintain beneficiary details in the ERPPreparing payment forecastPrepare foreign paymentsSupply details of accruals at month-endAssist auditors with information on requestCompile monthly, quarterly and annual statsGeneral financial modelling and analytical tasksPackage & Remuneration480000K - 528000K - Annually
