Animal NutritionistClosing Date: 2022-05-11 Closed: Yes Description: Profile Feeds, situated in the Klapmuts area, has the abovementioned exciting opportunity for a dynamic, proactive individual with strong managerial, organisational and production skills, and excellent interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
Providing technical advice to clients regarding productsAssistance with formulation of rations (Format Formulation system)Responsible for SAGIS and AFMA reportsHandling of ISO audits and quality management on raw materials and finished productsRepresenting Profile Feeds at eventsAssist with product developmentKeeping up to date with technological developmentsAll other tasks associated with the positionEssential qualifications, skills and experience: Relevant tertiary qualification (BSc Agriculture with Animal Nutrition as major)A maize grading certificate will be advantageousMinimum 3 years' experience in a similar role with an understanding of the processes and duties involved in the mixing lineKnowledge of laboratory procedures, feed analyst machine and calibration maintenanceExcellent computer literacy (MS Office, Automill software)Basic knowledge of Pastel will be advantageousCompleted Forklift training will be advantageousDriver's license and own reliable transportPlease apply online at www.m3online.co.za before 09:00 on 11 May 2022.
