To implement the Analytics standards across big complex business areas, that contribute to the monetisation of data through the development and delivery of advanced mathematical models and business principles that find hidden patterns and associations in data used to influence business strategy, inform channel design and make predictions on the behaviour of our clients.
Are you someone who can: Set and execute collections strategies for FNB LifeOwn collections data and analytics for FNB LifeOwn models to optimise collections on over 4.6 million policies at FNB Life amounting to over 63 million financials per yearTake business ownership and direct responsibility for collection projects and strategic projects impacting financialsCollaborate and align with group strategy through the R&C Collections ExcoRepresent FirstRand on industry committees for insurance like the ASISA payments processing steering committeeRepresent FirstRand with external stakeholders like Government Treasury for FirstRand Life payroll collectionsYou will be an ideal candidate if you: Have a relevant degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.Have proven experience in a leadership role within data and analytics.Possess a strong understanding of data management, data warehousing, and analytics tools.Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborateA challenging working environment that is progressive and agileOpportunities to innovate where initiative is taken and owned end to endWe can be a match if you are: Adaptable and curiousSkilled at analysing complex data setsThriving in a collaborative environmentApply now if you are interested in taking the next step.
