Analyst, Regulatory Instruction Management, Financial Crime Management UnitJob OverviewBusiness Segment: Group FunctionsTo receive, study, interpret, analyse, validate, understand, research, investigate, determine bank exposure and customer behavior, and conduct forensic data searches, all culminating in the preparation and presentation of Reports and Information Packs to execute Legal and Regulatory Instructions (Subpoenas). This is essential in order to contribute to the assurance that business is undertaken in a compliant manner to avoid operational losses, fines, penalties or reputational damage to the organization.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsType of Qualification: National CertificateField of Study: NQF level 5 qualification in Business Commerce or Finance and Accounting or Audit or Banking or Risk Management or Legal would be acceptable. AML or an equivalent Certification would be an added advantage.Experience RequiredGroup Anti Financial CrimeCompliance3-4 yearsExperience in bank processes, products and systems.
