To lead and drive awareness and adoption of balance sheet policies, procedures, minimum standards and best practices within the business.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBCom Degree or N6 in Finance and AccountingExperience Required3 - 5 Years in Business Enablement & Support3 years of solid experience with reconciliations, as well as strong analytical skills and the ability to perform quality assurance.Operational background preferenceThe role requires an individual with a solid understanding of financial management accounting and more specifically reconciliations.Financial business partnering experience is required as this role needs to coach and influence business leaders with regards to awareness and adoption of balance sheet policies, procedures, minimum standards and best practices within the business.
