Analyst (Real Estate) | Campaign Manager Cape TownR30 000 Per MonthInnovative Property brokerage firm is currently seeking a dynamic Analyst | Campaign Manager.The main role of this job is to support the directors by providing research, analysis and reporting on properties and specific localities. The main focus areas will be due diligence studies, valuations, market research, campaign marketing and reporting.Other tasks include: Contact tracing for use by brokers; Assisting in any other tasks that may be required in the sale or acquisition of properties.
