Analyst: Qc, Review & Reporting

Our client is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented professional to join their team as an Analyst: QC, Review & Reporting.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure solution outputs meet required standards.
Continuously monitor and improve existing quality measures.
Maintain a knowledge repository of quality management documentation and templates, ensuring alignment with established standards.
Ensure solution governance, including NDA adherence and data management.
Create and execute corrective action plans to address quality issues and non-conformance.
Prepare, analyze, and distribute various reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Design and maintain reporting templates that meet quality standards and ensure data accuracy.
Provide status updates on solution projects and assist with pipeline management.
Support the creation of external communications, such as case studies, and assist in arranging workshops or seminars.
Key Skills: Strong understanding of quality management methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting outputs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
Expertise in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Basic financial management skills.
Knowledge of supply chain concepts and industry dynamics.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Basic understanding of supply chain concepts and familiarity with related industries.
Experience in quality management and reporting is essential.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management (NQF Level 7 or higher).
