To conduct analysis on property data in order to make informed credit decisions and recommendations within the Home Loans portfolio, South Africa. Identify areas of non-compliance and ensure schemes and suburb reviews are requested should trends indicate this. Produce bespoke risk assessment and risk improvement reports to a professional standard and delivered in a timely manner. Identify and consult with new and existing stakeholders where opportunities exist to generate additional revenue.
Qualifications: Completed MatricDegree in Mathematical SciencesDegree in Quantitative StudiesExperience: 3 - 4 years in a role requiring a solid foundation and understanding of bank processes, products, data, and systems. Specific experience within Credit / Property, Risk Management, Assurance, Compliance, or Legal is required.
