Duties and Responsibilities: As the workshop manager, you will handle the following tasks:
Overseeing the daily tasks of the workshopEnsuring high-quality service delivery and efficient workflowManaging staffCoordinating repair schedulesMaintaining the workshop equipmentEnsuring compliance with safety standardsOthers as deemed necessarySkills and Qualifications Mandatory: Minimum N4 electrical engineering or higherTrade tested electrician2-3 years' experience in a manager roleMust have passed installation rules, P1 and P2Good communication skillsTeam playerWillingness to learn and develop your skillsDriver's licenseBeneficial: Computer literacy skills such as Microsoft OfficeExperience with AutoCADABYC certifiedSAMSA certificationsSalary and Benefits: Market related, negotiable based on qualifications and experience
