Security Mobile Supervisor We are looking for experienced Security Mobile Supervisors to join our team at one of our areas in and around Gauteng, NW and MP. If you have a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude, and are a strong Supervisor who has a proven capability to organize, motivate and inspire a team, we look forward to receiving your application.

Responsibilities: Supervise the guards on different sites. Ensure that the 3 PPPs are actively upheld: Protect the premises and property of the client. Prevent illegal trespassing/unauthorized entry. Prevent any criminal activities from happening. Work day and night shifts. Provide visible access control at the sites. Patrol as and when needed. Provide armed response when requested. Manage incidents. Conduct inspections and parades to verify that: PSIRA certificates are valid and notify members if their certificates are close to expiring. Bi-Annual Criminal Checks on all Security Personnel. Report all crimes and identified crime trends after each shift. Control keys, equipment, and company assets utilized by your team. Administer sick notes and annual leave, ensuring that all staff take annual leave according to a leave roster. Attend all meetings as requested. Minimum Requirements: Minimum Grade 10 or higher. A Grade PSIRA registered. Driver License. Handgun - Firearm Competency. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Presentable. Must reside in and around Atteridgeville, Ga-Rankuwa & Brits. Must have experience working in a corporate environment. No Criminal record. Clear disciplinary record for at least the last 6 months.
